Never. Almost every client comes to me because their books are behind, messy, or just never got set up right in the first place. That's exactly what I'm here for — no judgment, just a plan to get things sorted.
How far behind can my books be before it's "too late"?

There's no such thing as too late. I've cleaned up books that were months — even years — behind. The sooner we start, the sooner you'll have clarity, but there's no point you've passed where I can't help.
Do I have to switch to QuickBooks Online?

I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online because it's secure, reliable, and connects easily with the other tools you're probably already using. If you're on a different system, I'll help you make the move without losing your history.
How much does this cost?

How long does cleanup or catchup take?
It depends on the size and condition of your books and how much support you need — so pricing isn't one-size-fits-all. On our free call, I'll ask a few questions and give you a clear, honest number, with no surprise fees later.
It depends on how far behind things are and how complex your business is, but most cleanups take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we start, and keep you updated along the way.

Will I lose control of my finances?

Not at all. You'll always have full access to your own books and data — I'm simply keeping them accurate and current, and making sure you understand what they're telling you.
What if I'm behind on taxes too?

That's common, and it's okay. Once your books are cleaned up and current, I'll make sure you (and your CPA or tax preparer) have exactly what's needed to get filings caught up and on track going forward.
How do we communicate?

Whatever works for you — email, phone, or video call. I check in regularly so nothing falls through the cracks, and I'm always available if something comes up.
Is my financial data safe?

What if I'm not ready to commit yet?
Yes. QuickBooks Online uses bank-level security, and I treat your financial information with the same confidentiality I'd want for my own.
