It’s never too late. I clean up books that are months — even years — behind. The sooner we start, the sooner you'll have well-organized books that help you make better business decisions.
Do I have to switch to QuickBooks Online?

I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online because it's secure, reliable, and connects easily with the other tools you're probably already using. Even if you're using different software, I'll help you make a seamless move that preserves your history.
How much does this cost?

How long does cleanup or catchup take?
Every business is different. Your cost will depend on the size and condition of your books and how much support you will need. On our first free cconsultation call, I'll ask you some questions so I can get back to you with a clear, honest, straight forward all-in quote, with no surprise fees later.
The amount of time I spend on a cleanup or catchup depends on how far behind your books are and how complex your business is. Most cleanups take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months. I'll give you a realistic start-to-finish timeline so you can make an informed decision. Once I start your cleanup or catchup project I’ll keep you updated with weekly progress reports.

Will I lose control of my finances?

Not at all. You'll always have full access to your own books and data — I'm simply keeping them accurate and current, and making sure you understand what they're telling you.
What if I'm behind on taxes too?

That's common, and it's okay. Once your books are cleaned up and current, I'll make sure you (and your CPA or tax preparer) have exactly what's needed to get your filings caught up and on track going forward.
How do we communicate?

Whatever works for you — email, phone, or video call. I check in regularly so nothing falls through the cracks, and I'm always available if something comes up.

Yes. QuickBooks Online uses bank-level security, and I treat your financial information with the same confidentiality I'd want for my own.
